Liquid photoresist is mainly applied to image transfer and manufacture of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB).

The product possesses the characteristics of high sensitivity, high resolution, high surface hardness and excellent stacking property. The color contrast after exposure is obvious for line inspection. It is suitable for mass production of the fine-line inner layers of printed circuit boards.

Dip-coating and Laser direct image liquid photoresists are more suitable for customers' needs for ultra fine-line production. We can develop dedicated liquid photoresist for customers' different coating equipment.
