ECO Sustainable Materials – Reduce, Reuse, Recycle + Bio-based

GRECO strictly controls and purchases recycled plastics from suppliers who meet the GRS license to ensure the stable quality of the PCR raw materials purchased, and this series of products have passed the certification of the GRS global recycling standard system, EU REACH and RoHS certification.

GRECO can customize and develop a series of ECO sustainable materials with special specifications according to customer needs.


1. PCR-ABS resin

ISOPAK PCR-ABS resin, the production process contains PCR(Post-consumer recycled materials), with the core key technology, the whole process is controlled by automated procedures, synthesized through the testing of precision inspection instruments and the packaging of automated equipment, to ensure the appearance and storage quality of the finished product.

ISOPAK PCR/ABS is a recyclable sustainable material, which has great properties when adding PCR material. They exhibit good impact resistance, high gloss, bright color texture and process ability, and are widely used, such as 3C/home appliances, auto parts, sports equipment supplies, bicycle parts, etc.



2. PCR-LFRT Long-fiber composites

ISOPAK PCR LFRT long-fiber composites are recyclable, environmentally friendly composites that reduce CO2 emissions.

In the production process, PCR raw materials are added, and special processes and equipment are used to fully impregnate and coat the continuous glass fibers with molten resin, and then cut into long stick-like particles with specific sizes after cooling. According to different needs of physical property, the materials with various characteristics are blended, added, and mixed with key technology, to synthesize long fiber composite materials with excellent mechanical properties, high rigidity, abrasion resistance and dimensional stability, which is conducive to the structural lightweight and design freedom of the finished parts, and can achieve the same mechanical characteristics as new materials.

Wide range of applications: such as automobile parts, Kettle holder, household appliances, hand tools, etc .



3. PIR-TPU resin

ISOTHANE PIR-TPU RESIN, with its own research and development of high-performance TPU technology, adds PIR leftovers (pre-consumer recycled materials) and natural plant synthesis raw materials in the production process, which can be used in various fields to save energy and reduce carbon emissions and generation, and can customize the development of PIR-TPU with environmental protection, carbon reduction, recyclability, and biomass characteristics, and this series of products have also passed the certification of GRS global recycling standard system.
